Return & Exchange Policy

Day Refund & Exchange period
All items (unless otherwise mentioned) may
be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all
returns & exchanges. A 15% restocking fee applies to all
returns. Shipping charges are "services used" and are not refundable.
No refund or exchange after 30 days.
Electrical & Chemical Return Policy
Electrical/Electronic products are NOT Refundable.
Chemical that have been opened/partially used are NOT
Refundable.
No credits, refunds, or exchanges will be given
for any Electrical/Electronic products sold by allensfasteners.com.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all
returned products. We will gladly exchange or replace any defective
products within our 30 Day guaranteed exchange period.
allensfasteners.com reserves the right to charge 25% or more restocking
fee for products returned incomplete.
- Due to manufacturer policies, all
items labeled "No Return," Electrical/Electronic products,
Opened chemicals, are not returnable.
- allensfasteners.com cannot be held
responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit back to us.
It is recommended that Customers ship via FedEx or UPS with
package tracking and adhere to shipping company's packaging
guidelines.
- Physical damage to any
product will void the product's warranty.
Modifying a product in a permanent way is
considered physically damaged. allensfasteners.com cannot honor warranty
items that have been bent, have cracks or chips, burnt or
otherwise sustained any other type of physical damage. Physical
damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.
- Shipping, handling and insurance charges are services that
have been performed cannot be refunded.
- Refunds are issued back to the
original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit.
ALL products being returned must
be 100% complete and must be packaged in
ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Additional
restocking charges will be applied to incomplete or opend returns.
Returned products must include all accessories. Please make sure
that all manuals, warranty cards, cables, screws, and other
accessories are included in the original packaging. Products
returned incomplete with be assessed a 25% or more restocking fee. A
return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in
the event ANY item(s) included in the original shipment to you is
not present in the returned package. ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED
AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT. Any discrepancies including, but not
limited to, the following list will result in the package being
returned to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be
issued.
The following
criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:
A. Products which are improperly packaged
B. Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with
labels exhibiting tampering
C. Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL
listing, capacity, brand name)
D. Products or packages with barcode label removed
E. Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL
NUMBER on invoice.
F. Item received without having a RMA issued by allensfasteners.com
service representative.
PRODUCT DAMAGE:
G. Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards
H. Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting
I. Torn or punctured tape seals
J. Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners
Products damaged
through negligence or due to poor return packaging will void the
warranty and will be returned without replacement at the customer's
expense.

Return & Exchange Procedure
All returns and exchanges require that you obtain an RMA code
before the merchandise will be accepted for a return or exchange.
RMA codes may be obtained by contacting
allensfasteners.com by email or phone. The RMA code will need to be
obtained in advance and needs to be attached to the item(s) to be
returned. The RMA code needs to be attached in plain view in order
for the item(s) to be accepted for inspection.
